Special Education Week Commences

For the first time the Ministry of Education celebrates Special Education Week with the vision of generating greater awareness about persons with Special Needs.

As Terry Andrew reports the Ministry of Education welcomes the collaboration with the University of the Southern Caribbean (USC) to offer special needs education, certification and training to local teachers.
