AIDS Secretariat warns that additional Funding is Critical.

The nation of Antigua and Barbuda continues to provide free ARVs to persons living with HIV\AIDS through PANCAP after the OECS Global Funding ended in 2010.

But, as Cherilyn Beazer reports, the AIDS Secretariat warns that access to additional funding is critical before 2015 when funding from PANCAP will cease.

Meanwhile, the central and very public location of the AIDS Secretariat could be a contributing factor to persons not accessing testing, care and treatment.

AIDS Programme Manager Delcora Williams says a possible relocation of the secretariat is in the pipelines.
