GOVERNMENT ANNOUNCES ALL IS SET FOR PUBLIC SECTOR SALARY INCREASE AND BACKPAY BY YEAREND

The government says it will be in a position to pay public sector workers a salary increase with back pay by the end of this year.
The announcement was made by Prime Minister Hon. Gaston Browne during an exclusive interview with ABS’ Garfield Burford on Sunday night.
The Head of Government, who is also Finance Minister, says the administration also intends to make significant payments to service providers.
