GOVERNMENT CONSIDERS LESS TAXES ON SOME HEALTHY FOODS, MORE ON SUGARY DRINKS

The Government says it may use fiscal measures to make healthier foods less expensive, while at the same time moving to increase taxes on unhealthy foods.

Health Minister Hon. Sir Molwyn Joseph tells ABS News these are considerations as it crafts legislation aimed at making healthy eating more financially palatable.
