TRIBUTES POUR IN FOLLOWING DEATH OF FORMER LIAT CHAIRMAN DR JEAN HOLDER

The region is mourning the loss of former long-serving LIAT chairman, Dr Jean Holder, who died in his native Barbados on Tuesday. He had been chairman of the beleaguered carrier for 16 years before announcing his retirememt in December, 2019.

Among those paying tributes to the regionally respected Dr Holder is Barbados Prime Minister Mia Mottley.

De Holder joined LIAT after serving as Secretary General of the Caribbean Tourism Organisation.
