INNOVATIVE CORAL REEF RESTORATION INITIATIVE TO BE ROLLED OUT IN A&B

Antigua and Barbuda is set to benefit from a major coral reef restoration initiative being spearheaded by Elkhorn Marine Conservancy.

It will involve the use of new coral being grown in underwater nurseries, and is being seen as a crucial step to shore up the country’s marine ecosystems.

The conservancy is one of the charities to benefit from funds being raised by Team Lightship’s participation in the arduous World’s Toughest Row: Atlantic.
