APUA Inet Services Being Affected by Technical Issue

The Antigua Public Utilities Authority says its Inet mobile and landline services are being affected by a technical issue and as a result, customers may experience difficulties with their telephone calls.

The utility says some callers may have trouble hearing the person on the other end of the line.

It is also advising customers that its reporting service is currently experiencing temporary disruptions affecting the lines – 311, 211 and 411.

Customers with emergency reports are being asked to contact the authority via WhatsApp at 781-0211.
