Eye Surgeons To Arrive On Island Shortly

A team of eye surgeons from the People’s Republic of China will be arriving on island later this month.

While delivering the Speech from the Throne, Governor General, His Excellency Sir Rodney Williams, says this will provide a lot of benefits for residents.

Meanwhile, the government gives kudos to the Cuban doctors and nurses and other health care professionals for the role they play in keeping citizens and residents healthy.

The country’s Governor General says that his government is fully aware that a well-staffed hospital, which offers expert diagnostic treatment and recovery services, should be a priority in any civilized society.

He adds that services at Mount St. John’s Medical Centre are constantly improving to meet the health care demands of the country.
