New Evidence bill with Special Provisions passed

Court proceedings will progress more smoothly with the passage of a critical piece of legislation.

The Evidence Special Provisions Amendment Bill received overwhelming support from both sides of the House of Representatives on Thursday.

The bill will persons who are living overseas to give evidence in cases without being required to travel to Antigua and Barbuda.
