PIONEERING ASTRONAUTS RETURN TO ANTIGUA FOLLOWING JOURNEY TO THE EDGE OF SPACE

History-making Antiguans keisha Schahaff and her daughter Anastatia Mayers returned home Saturday afternoon, after their momentous journey to the edge of space aboard Virgin Galactic’s spacecraft Unity.
The mother-daughter duo were greeted by Information Minister the Hon. Melford Nicholas and tourism officials.
Schahaff was moved to tears by the rousing welcome.
Minister Nicholas officially welcomed the duo home on behalf of the Government.
