Antigua and Barbuda’s Foreign Minister the Honorable Charles ‘Max’ Fernandez on Friday addressed the China-CELAC Forum.

The ministerial meeting brings together for the first time foreign ministers of China and the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC).
